Detailed Process
Material Preparation and Rubber Mixing
Mix and color food-grade silicone raw materials with food-grade color masterbatch, and cut the rubber materials into precise fixed quantities to ensure consistent hardness and color of each batch.
Mold Preheating
Clean the special precision mold for teethers, install it on a vulcanizing machine for constant-temperature preheating to ensure molding stability.
Feeding and Mold Closing
Put quantitative silicone into the mold cavity, close the mold and exhaust air for multiple times to avoid molding defects such as air bubbles and material shortage.
High-temperature Vulcanization
Conduct constant-temperature and constant-pressure high-temperature vulcanization to realize cross-linking and integral curing of silicone, forming a compact structure resistant to pulling and biting.
Demolding and Picking
Open the mold and take out the complete teether blank, and cool it naturally with air for shaping to prevent deformation.
Post-processing and Inspection
Trim excess burrs, conduct secondary high-temperature deodorization baking and sterile cleaning. After passing appearance, tension, hardness and safety quality inspections, the products are sterilely packaged and put into storage, complying with the market access standards for infant products.
