Detailed Production Process
The whole production process is standardized and refined with full-process quality control to ensure stable and consistent batch quality:
- Material Preparation & Rubber Mixing: Select premium food-grade silicone raw materials, mix and color with food-grade color masterbatch, and cut quantitative rubber materials precisely. Strictly control the hardness, toughness and color of each batch to ensure uniform quality and zero impurity odor.
- Mold Preheating: Clean the special precision silicone tray mold, install it on the vulcanizing machine for constant-temperature preheating, stabilize the molding temperature and environment to ensure flat, regular and uniform molding of the tray.
- Material Loading & Mold Closing: Place quantitative silicone materials accurately into the mold cavity, close the mold and exhaust repeatedly to completely eliminate molding defects such as bubbles, material shortage and uneven surfaces, ensuring smooth and flat tray surfaces.
- High-temperature Vulcanization:Adopt constant-temperature and pressure high-temperature vulcanization process to fully cross-link and cure the silicone for integral molding. The finished product features compact structure, balanced toughness, excellent tensile and low-temperature resistance, and is not easy to age and crack.
- Demolding & Shaping: Standard demolding to completely take out the tray blank, followed by natural air cooling and shaping to effectively prevent plate warping and deformation, ensuring standard size and consistent flatness of each product.
- Post-processing, Inspection & Warehousing: Trim excess burrs finely, polish edges to be smooth and burr-free, and conduct secondary high-temperature deodorization baking to completely eliminate production odor and complete aseptic cleaning. Conduct multiple tests including flatness appearance inspection, tensile toughness test, temperature resistance test, and food contact safety test. Qualified products are aseptically packaged and warehoused, fully complying with the market access standards for food-grade appliances.
