- Mold Preheating: Clean molds and mount them on a vulcanizing machine for temperature rise.
- Material Loading & Mold Closing: Place silicone compound into mold cavities, then close and re-clamp the mold multiple times for air venting.
- High-Temperature Vulcanization: Apply pressure and constant heating to cure and shape the silicone.
- Demolding & Part Extraction: Open the mold, remove molded parts and set aside for cooling.
- Post-Processing & Inspection: Trim flash and burrs; conduct secondary baking if required; complete quality inspection before finished products are warehoused.
