Detailed Process

Material Preparation & Rubber Mixing

Mix and color environmentally friendly silicone raw materials with compliant food-grade color masterbatch. Cut and quantify rubber materials accurately according to product specifications, and strictly control raw material ratio to ensure consistent hardness, color and elasticity of each batch of products and stabilize overall quality.

Mold Preheating

Feeding & Mold Closing

High-temperature Vulcanization

Demolding

Open the mold stably after vulcanization and take out the comb blank completely. Adopt natural air cooling for shaping with precisely controlled cooling temperature and time to effectively prevent comb body bending, tooth skewing and overall deformation.

Post-processing & Inspection

Finely trim excess burrs on product edges, conduct secondary high-temperature baking for deodorization to remove slight raw material odor, and complete aseptic cleaning and disinfection. Multiple quality inspections including appearance, tensile force, hardness and safety compliance are carried out in sequence. Products with all qualified indicators are aseptically packaged and warehoused, fully complying with safety access standards for daily washing and care tools.
