Widely applied in supporting daily chemical products, household liquid storage and lightweight fluid consumables, realizing quantitative liquid output, anti-leakage, anti-dripping and dust-proof sealing functions.

Demand Profile

Precision integrated silicone fluid nozzle with food-grade safety, high elasticity and tight sealing, accurate aperture, anti-residue performance, wide adaptability, and durability against repeated assembly and extrusion.

Engineered Response

How did the final solution control flow and sealing?

Process Introduction

Complete 3D structural modeling and drawing, customize precision metal stamping molds, and adopt food-grade silicone raw materials for integral oil pressure compression molding. The integral non-splicing structure ensures consistent aperture accuracy and smooth, burr-free edges, balancing elastic sealing and precise flow control performance.

Materials

Food-grade high-elastic silicone. Non-toxic and odorless, free of BPA, phthalates, heavy metals, and other harmful substances. Featuring acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, tear resistance, and excellent flexibility, it is compatible with various water-based and weak oil-based fluids and meets civil daily chemical fluid contact safety standards.

Final Solution

Adopt integral compression molding technology with food-grade high-elastic silicone. The one-piece non-splicing structure fundamentally eliminates risks of accessories falling off and sealing failure. The precision aperture flow control design ensures uniform liquid output under pressure and instant liquid cut-off after release, effectively solving liquid hanging, dripping, and overflowing problems.

The bottom elastic sealing clamping structure fits most standard bottle calibers with convenient assembly and stable clamping, avoiding loosening and deformation after long-term use. The smooth inner wall prevents liquid residue. The product is high-temperature resistant and easy to clean with reusable disinfection performance. It is tested for leak resistance, dimensional accuracy, and safety compliance, ideal for premium personal care and portable fluid applications.

Production Workflow

How was the silicone nozzle produced and inspected?

Open the complete silicone nozzle process guide

The process begins with material preparation and compounding, where food-grade silicone raw materials are uniformly mixed and colored, with hardness and resilience precisely calibrated.

Material is cut into specific quantities, and parameters are strictly standardized across batches to ensure consistency in elasticity, dimensions, and color. Next, the mold is preheated; the precision mold designed for the nozzle undergoes cleaning and verification, and the vulcanization equipment is set to a constant preheating temperature to stabilize molding conditions and ensure consistent precision during mass production.

Subsequently, material loading and mold closing take place; the measured silicone is precisely placed into the mold cavity, and the mold is closed with multiple degassing cycles to completely eliminate defects such as internal air bubbles, material voids, or uneven wall thickness.

This is followed by constant-temperature, high-pressure vulcanization, allowing the silicone to fully cross-link and cure, resulting in a dense, compact nozzle structure with enhanced resistance to compression, stretching, and deformation during repeated use.

After molding, the part is carefully removed and allowed to set via natural air cooling, effectively preventing issues like aperture misalignment or overall deformation caused by rapid temperature drops.

Finally, post-processing and comprehensive inspections are conducted: flash and burrs are trimmed away, a secondary high-temperature bake removes production odors, and the product undergoes sterile cleaning.

Inspections cover appearance, aperture precision, sealing elasticity, flow consistency, and pressure/leakage resistance; only after passing all quality checks is the product sterile-packaged and warehoused, fully complying with safety standards for precision components in the personal care industry.
