Material Preparation & Rubber Mixing
Mix and color food-grade silicone raw materials at constant temperature with compliant food-grade color masterbatch, cut rubber materials with precise quantification, and strictly control the consistency of hardness, color and thickness of each batch to ensure product uniformity.
Mold Preheating
Clean the special precision mold for silicone water cups, install it on vulcanization equipment for constant temperature preheating, stabilize mold temperature difference, and ensure uniform wall thickness and standard shape of formed cups.
Feeding & Mold Closing
Accurately put quantitative silicone raw materials into the mold cavity, close the mold and exhaust air for multiple times to completely eliminate molding defects such as air bubbles, material shortage and depressions on the cup body.
High-temperature Vulcanization

Demolding & Picking

Finely trim excess burrs on the cup mouth and body, conduct secondary high-temperature deodorization baking and sterile dust cleaning.
