Detailed Process
- Material Mixing
Mix and color food-grade silicone raw materials with eco-friendly food-grade color masterbatch. Cut and quantify the materials precisely to strictly unify the hardness, color and elasticity of each batch and ensure batch consistency.
- Mold Preheating
Clean and fix the special precision mold, and conduct constant-temperature preheating via vulcanizing machine to stabilize molding temperature and pressure parameters, ensuring regular shape, clear texture and stable precision of finished products.
- Material Feeding & Mold Closing
Put quantified materials into the mold cavity accurately, close the mold and exhaust repeatedly to completely eliminate molding defects such as bubbles, material shortage and uneven thickness, ensuring complete and uniform product structure.
- High-temperature Vulcanization
Adopt constant-temperature and pressure high-temperature vulcanization to fully crosslink and solidify silicone molecules. The integral compact structure effectively improves the tensile resistance, tear resistance and aging resistance of the bracelet, avoiding deformation and cracking after long-term wear.
- Demolding & Shaping
Take out the semi-finished products smoothly after molding and cool naturally for shaping to prevent deformation, warping and radian deviation, ensuring symmetrical, regular, round and beautiful overall appearance.
- Post-processing & Quality Inspection
Trim burrs finely, remove odor through secondary high-temperature baking and conduct sterile cleaning. Inspect product appearance, elasticity, flatness and customized process accuracy one by one. All products pass full inspections including tensile resistance, wear resistance and safety compliance, and are sterilely packaged and warehoused, meeting European and American daily ornament safety access standards.
