Detailed Process
Material Preparation & Rubber Mixing
Select high-purity food-grade eco-friendly silicone raw materials and conduct precise mixing and color matching with food-grade compliant color masterbatch. Proportion raw materials strictly according to product hardness, thickness, weight and rebound indicators, and cut rubber materials quantitatively. Impurities and defective rubber materials are screened and eliminated throughout the process to unify the hardness, color and elasticity parameters of each batch, ensuring safety compliance, consistent quality and stable structural elasticity of finished products from the source.
Mold Engraving & Preheating
According to the customer’s LOGO source file and essence bottle cap size parameters, high-precision CNC engraving is performed on the dedicated precision mold, and the brand LOGO lines are accurately engraved inside the mold cavity to ensure clear embossed lines, uniform depth and regular edges. After engraving, the mold is deeply cleaned to completely remove dust, oil stains and residual impurities. The mold is fixed on a hydraulic vulcanization equipment for constant-temperature preheating and parameter debugging to accurately set molding temperature, pressure and vulcanization time and stabilize molding conditions.
Feeding & Mold Closing & Venting
Quantified and qualified food-grade silicone raw materials are accurately placed into the mold cavity with precise alignment. Multiple layered venting processes are carried out after mold closing to fully discharge internal air, effectively avoiding defects such as bubbles, material shortage, depressions, uneven thickness and incomplete LOGO lines, ensuring complete outline, standard inner structure, clear embossed LOGO and controllable dimensional tolerance of silicone sleeves.
High-temperature Vulcanization & Integrated Molding
Adopt constant-temperature and pressurized high-temperature vulcanization process to fully cross-link and cure silicone raw materials, realizing seamless integrated synchronous molding of the silicone sleeve body and embossed LOGO, with compact structure, uniform elasticity and complete LOGO shaping. It greatly improves the product’s compression resilience, tear resistance, perfume solvent resistance and aging resistance, ensuring no deformation, hardening or failure after repeated assembly and disassembly, long-term solvent contact and daily use, and extending service life.
Demolding & Air Cooling Shaping
After vulcanization, the mold is opened stably and the silicone sleeve blanks are taken out completely. The natural air cooling shaping process with precise temperature control is adopted for slow cooling and curing to fully release molding internal stress, effectively eliminating product distortion, local deformation, dimension offset and LOGO deformation, ensuring the standardization, flatness, dimensional consistency and unified LOGO three-dimensional effect of all finished products.
Fine Trimming & Polishing
Manual fine trimming and chamfer polishing are carried out on the cooled and shaped blanks to completely remove excess burrs and sharp edges. The overall outline and LOGO edges are polished to be smooth and rounded without sharp corners, improving the delicate texture and wearing feel, avoiding scratching bottle caps and hands, and meeting the process standards of high-end gift products.
Dust-free Cleaning
Comprehensive dust-free cleaning is performed on the trimmed and polished finished products to remove surface dust, oil stains, static electricity and residual impurities, ensuring the surface is clean, dry and dust-free, providing a good foundation for subsequent assembly processes and avoiding residual impurities affecting product texture and use safety.
Hardware Accessories Assembly
