First, choose the silicone material based on the requirements. Next, using 3D printing and CNC machining, design and manufacture the mold, to ensure the precision of the silicone block. When the mold is complete, mix the silicone material and vulcanizing agent in the correct proportions. The vulcanizing agent can accelerate the silicone’s molding process. Inject the mixed silicone into the mold, ensuring that every detail is completely filled with silicone. Cure at high temperature for 10-30 minutes, then cool to room temperature to ensure its shape and structure are stable. If there are burrs on the silicone block after demoulding, it needs to be deburred.
